How it works
- Every learning activity — course completions, quiz attempts, session attendance, skills — is captured as it happens.
- Dashboards roll it up; managers see their teams, admins see the organisation.
- For anything not pre-built, the custom report builder composes it, and scheduled exports deliver it on a cadence.
Outcome measurement goes further: baseline and follow-up values can be recorded per programme (for example, incident rates or customer-handling scores), so a report can show change over time. Learnivo describes the change; it doesn't claim training alone caused it.

Analytics reflect what the platform records — external content reports what it reports. We don't publish benchmark numbers, because your baseline is the only one that matters.
